Paul C. Schmidt Builders and Remodelers has been established in the East Bay as a custom builder and remodeling firm since 1972.  In that time we have completed over 700 residential construction projects from new custom homes to quality kitchen remodels and additions.  Our specialties are custom kitchen remodeling, first and second story additions and total home renovations.  We have our own in-house carpentry crew and select local quality sub-contractors for the sub-trade portions of your project.  We offer project management from start to finish.
